Dress Code

Please feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in – from summery and casual to chic, anything goes. We’re particularly keen to see creative or unusual outfits.

If the weather is nice, the celebration will mostly take place in the garden, so suitable footwear is recommended.

There is also a pool that both kids and adults are welcome to enjoy. If you’re feeling brave, bring your swimwear — towels will be provided.

Guests
#

For planning purposes, we kindly ask for your understanding that we are not able to accommodate additional +1 guests.

Your children are, of course, more than welcome.

Please let us know by 11 June via email whether you’ll be joining us.

Food & Drinks
#

It probably won’t surprise anyone that there will be plenty of delicious food and drinks.

For every meal, there will be a variety of vegetarian and vegan options available.

At the bar, you will also find plenty of alcohol-free, sugar-free, and caffeine-free alternatives to wine and beer — which will of course also be available.

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or special requests.

Gifts
#

What we are looking forward to most is spending a wonderful day together with all of our favorite people.

If you would still like to give us something, we would be very grateful for a small contribution towards our honeymoon fund.

If you would prefer to give a physical gift, please keep in mind that we will need to transport everything back to Berlin after the celebration, so shipped gifts are a little easier for us.

Before & After the Celebration
#

If you are arriving a little earlier, feel free to connect and get to know other guests in advance.

For this purpose, we created a WhatsApp-Group that you can join via the link.

If you are looking for something to do during the day, we recommend taking a walk along the White Elster River in Gera and visiting the Otto-Dix House.

And if you are staying a little longer after the wedding, we can highly recommend Weimar, Leipzig, and Erfurt as wonderful destinations for a day trip.
